staring into the sun series #4: atlas rugged

Posted on March 8, 2016 by wongswyn

A wide-angle landscape photograph of the rugged, rocky coastline of the Kii Peninsula in Japan, taken on the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route. The sun is shining brightly, casting a brilliant reflection on the surface of the hazy ocean water. The rocky shore is exposed by the low tide, and the sky is a clear, cloudless blue.
